Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders through USPS and UPS. At checkout, customers may select their preferred shipping method, and orders will be shipped using the service chosen at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you so you can monitor your package's progress.

Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Address Changes

Customers have up to 6 hours after placing an order to request a shipping address change. After this window, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as orders may already be in processing.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Looks Good Anya ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please allow 2–3 business days for it to arrive, as carriers occasionally scan packages before final delivery.

We also recommend checking with neighbors, household members, apartment offices, or mailrooms.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Looks Good Anya is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. However, we are happy to assist you in locating your shipment and provide any information needed for a carrier claim.

Returns and Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or was sent in error.

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
